What is our return policy?


At Coregami, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of satisfying You, our customer. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be happy.  We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with everyone fairly and reasonably; we hope they will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Exchanges

If you need a new style or want a completely different item, it's best to return the original item and place a new order.  Please note that exchange requests send your new item out immediately.  You have 14 days from the exchange request date to return the original item that you don't want anymore.  If we don't receive your return by then, we will charge your card full price for the new item.

If the return is received within 30 days of purchase, we'll refund to whatever payment method you used. Returns that arrive after 30 days but before 90 days will be refunded to store credit, or are eligible for an exchange.


Please return item in its original condition. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, along with original packaging. Items that appear worn or damaged may not qualify for a refund or exchange.



International Orders

Free Shipping and Exchanges apply to domestic purchases only. Customers may be subject to customs taxes upon delivery of the order.
