Thinking of a style switch-up? We totally get it! If you're eyeing something completely different, the quickest way to get it is to pop your original item back to us for a return and place a fresh order. Think of it as a speedy fashion reboot!

Here's the fun part: as soon as you tell us you want to exchange, we'll get your new favorite thing shipped out right away! But, just a friendly heads-up: you'll have 14 days from your exchange request to send back the item you're swapping. We're on a bit of a timeline here, and if we don't see your return within those 14 days, we'll need to charge your card for the new item. (We know, not ideal, but we're trying to keep things moving!)

Not quite feeling the vibe? No worries at all! We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Coregami gear.

Within 30 Days: If you send your return back within 30 days of buying it, we'll happily refund your original payment method. Easy peasy!

Beyond 30 Days: If you're a little outside that 30-day window, don't fret! We can still offer you store credit (hello, future shopping spree!) or set you up with an exchange.

Keeping it Fresh: Just a little favor - please send your items back to us in their original, brand-new condition. We're talking unworn, with all the original packaging. If they look like they've been on an adventure (a well loved adventure!) we might not be able to accept the return or exchange.
